Ingredients

  • 5 English breakfast tea bags
  • 1 litre water (approx. 1 3/4 pints)
  • 100 g caster sugar (approx. 3.5 oz)
  • 1 lemon (sliced into rounds)
  • 125 ml vodka (approx. 4 fl oz)

Instructions

  1. Steep 5 English breakfast tea bags in 1 litre (1 3/4 pint) boiled water for 5 min, remove bags and stir in 100g (3 1/2oz) caster sugar and 1 lemon sliced into rounds.
  2. cool, then add 125ml (4fl oz) vodka and serve in a jug with ice.
