Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers (deseeded and shaved into ribbons)
  • 4 small papayas (peeled, deseeded and chopped)
  • 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 lime (zest and juice, plus extra wedges to serve)
  • seasoning ((salt and pepper))
  • 4 tuna steaks
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cucumbers by trimming the ends, slicing them in half lengthwise, and using a teaspoon to scoop out and discard the seeds. Use a speed peeler to shave the cucumber flesh into long ribbons. Divide the ribbons among 4 serving plates.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the prepared papaya, sweet chilli sauce, lime zest, and lime juice. Add some salt and pepper seasoning and mix well. Set this salsa mixture aside.
